Tweezers Lifetime Guarantee Terms
Mark V guarantees its tweezers to be free from manufacturers defect. Tweezers will be replaced as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:

• Tweezers have not been dropped in a way that has caused physical damage to the tweezers' tip alignment.
• Tweezers have not been stretched in an attempt to change the tension. Mark V does not condone this practice, as it ruins the hand-aligned tips that are so carefully achieved by our craftsmen.
• Remittance of $10 to Mark V in advance to cover shipping, insurance and handling charges.

Before returning an item, customer is required to obtain a return authorization (RMA#) from the Mark V Returns Department. To do this send an email to returns@markvtweezers.com with customer name, item name, and order number (listed on packing slip). Only returns with an authorized RMA# will be accepted.

Customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Mark V. Mark V reserves the right to use its discretion in cases of warranty redemption. Mark V will fairly inspect returned tweezers and make a determination as to whether the warranty terms have been met. Tweezers that have not met the terms will be returned to the customer.

Defective Tweezers are tweezers that have arrived from Mark V that do not work. If tweezers have been used for a period of time, they cannot be considered defective. Send defective tweezers to Mark V for unconditional replacement (without charge) within 30 days of purchase. Mark V will pay the cost of shipping a replacement to you once the defective unit is received by our returns department. If 30 days has past, warranty returns will follow the "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" procedure as stated above.
