60 Day No-Risk Return Policy

Mark 5 Beauty stands by it's premium line of Swiss-Made tweezers and beauty tools, offering an unconditional money back guarantee for any order within 60 days of purchase, for any reason. * The only exception to this is our skincare/creams, which are not refundable (see below).

Mark 5 guarantees its tweezers to be free from manufacturers defect. Tweezers will be replaced as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:
  • Tweezers have not been dropped in a way that has caused physical damage to the tweezers' tip alignment.
  • Tweezers have not been stretched in an attempt to change the tension. Mark 5 does not condone this practice, as it ruins the hand-aligned tips that are so carefully achieved by our craftsmen.
  • If Tweezers have been working after the initial 60-day money back guarantee period, they are considered non-defective. Mark 5 does not make any claim that it's tweezers will work forever. A good tweezer can be expected to work for many years, especially those which are made of superior grades of steel (which Mark 5 uses), but it depends on individual experience and the manner in which they are cared for that will determine life span of the product.
  • To show our commitment to quality and great customer service, if you have a tweezer that did not last at least a year (despite being cared for) Mark 5 will replace that tweezer as long at the customer sends the tweezer to our returns department and remits $10 to cover shipping and handling charges. (Please make your check out to Mark V Concepts, Inc.)
Before returning an item, customer is required to obtain a "return merchandise authorization" (RMA#) from the Mark 5 Returns Department. To do this send an email to support@mark5beauty.com with customer name, item name, and original order number (if available). Only returns with an authorized RMA# will be accepted.

Customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Mark 5. Mark 5 reserves the right to use its discretion in cases where it believes there are clear signs that the tweezer was intentionally or unreasonably bent, dropped, or mishandled. Mark 5 will fairly inspect returned tweezers and make a determination as to whether the customer is entitled to a replacement.

To be clear, defective tweezers are tweezers that have arrived from Mark 5 that do not work from the very start. If tweezers have been used for a period of time, especially AFTER the initial 60 days, they cannot be considered defective from the manufacturing process.

BEFORE 60 DAYS HAVE EXPIRED:
Please send defective or unwanted tweezers to Mark 5 at the above address for replacement within 60 days of purchase. Mark 5 will pay the cost of shipping a replacement to you if a replacement is wanted, or Mark 5 will issue a refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable).

SKIN CARE RETURN POLICY
Please note that skin care products sold by Mark 5 are returnable ONLY if that item has not been opened. Opened skin care items are considered used and are not re-sellable, and therefore cannot be taken back.
